Remote Diagnosis

Vektor’s remote diagnosis module monitors vehicle status data and 100+ predefined malfunction codes carried on the CANBUS system. If malfunctions are detected (such as ABS failure or low oil level) an alert is sent remotely to the central servers. The fleet manager as well as the vehicle service center are than alerted, helping to ensure that proper maintenance is followed and problems are addressed before they create safety hazards or escalate costs.

Moreover, vehicle status data monitored from the CANBUS is combined with data from a 3-axis accelerometer and analyzed to provide a driver profile report, detailing driver behaviors that relate to fuel economy and road safety.
