Messaging and Voice
To keep communication strictly between the driver and the operation center, opt for the voice and messaging service of Vektor. Not only does this reduce your communication costs and improve your communication efficiency, it also logs all messages in the central system for future reference.
Messaging
Send short messages to drivers’ mobile phones through the system and receive messages from drivers, recording all messages in the associated vehicle’s message log. And if a Vektor dispatching and navigation screen is installed, you can send messages to and receive them from drivers through an on-board touch screen.
Two-way Voice
Vektor’s handsfree voice kit is an optional accessory that enables in-car voice calls, allowing safe communication with drivers. (By law it is prohibited for drivers to talk on mobile phones while driving.) And in case of a breakdown or distress, the driver can reach designated support personnel, or Vektor’s 24/7 monitoring center, by just a push of a button.
